New York State Senate Unanimously Confirms Howard Milstein as Chair of the New York State Thruway Authority

On June 15th, Howard Milstein was confirmed by the New York State Senate as Chair of the New York State Thruway Authority, a position that he has accepted on a pro bono basis. As Chair, his responsibilities include overseeing the state’s 570-mile Thruway system and 525-mile canal system, including the Erie Canal.
