Howard and Abby Milstein sponsor the new Henry Louis Gates, Jr. PBS Series: "Black and Jewish America: Interwoven Histories."
January 29th, 2026On February 3, 2026, PBS will begin airing Henry Louis Gates, Jr.’s latest series, “Black and Jewish America: Interwoven Histories.” The Milsteins have supported the creation of numerous award-winning series by Dr. Gates, including “Reconstruction: America After the Civil War,” and “Black America Since MLK: And Still I Rise.” On January 20, 2026, there was an event to celebrate this important series and to discuss the issues on which Black-Jewish interests converge.
