Howard Milstein Presents John E. Zuccotti Award

On April 19, 2019, Howard P Milstein presented Alicia Glen with the John E. Zuccotti Award at the 2019 Regional Plan Association Event. This public service award is given to a leader who has displayed exceptional accomplishments and service in the public’s interest. It is named for the late John E. Zuccotti, who had a distinguished career as a public official and led during some of New York City’s most difficult times. Alicia Glen is Deputy Mayor of the city of New York.
